Connie Tallman has over 18 years experience in the environmental field in the roles of Ecologist, Wetlands Specialist, NEPA Specialist, Environmental Planner, and Enforcement Officer. In these roles, her responsibilities have included wetland delineation and permitting, Rosgen stream classification, NEPA and GEPA studies, protected species surveys, Section 106 reviews, sediment surveys, and water quality project management. She has completed more than 1,200 wetland delineations and more than 1,500 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to assess potential for hazardous substance contamination on developed and undeveloped properties, pursuant to the CERCLA innocent landowner defense.
Ms. Tallman recently worked as a subject matter expert in the Wetlands Enforcement Section of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on the development of enforcement cases by providing expertise relative to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. Connie conducted fieldwork in support of Department of Justice enforcement cases, as well provided assistance to the Criminal Investigation Division of EPA.
Connie's greatest accomplishments are her children, Henry and Emily.

A.J. Tallman has over 18 years experience in the environmental and construction management fields. He has over 12 years experience as an environmental professional in due diligence assessments for a variety of clients and is knowledgeable in ASTM and All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) standards.
When he is not flagging stream/wetlands or managing construction sites, he can be found completing differential correction on GPS data and generating complex AutoCAD renderings. A.J. is an avid camper, windsurfer, kite boarder, kayaker, sailor, and father.
